Before this, I spent seven years at L Catterton Real Estate, working on high-profile development projects like the Miami Design District and Shibuya Upper West in Tokyo. Managing these large, design-driven investments gave me hands-on experience in operations, marketing, team leadership, and solving complex problems under pressure. But over time, I felt the pull toward something more personal that I could lead with my own hands and heart.
